General information
OptiCodeStudio provides website design, development and related digital services. Information on this website is for general information only and does not create a client relationship by itself.
A project begins only after scope, deliverables, timeline, price and other relevant terms have been agreed in writing.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of discussion. Changes to the agreed scope, content, features, integrations, pages, revisions or timeline may require a revised quote and delivery schedule.
Estimates and example timelines are not guarantees. Delivery timing depends on scope, content readiness, approvals, third-party services and client responsiveness.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful materials needed for a project, including where applicable:
- Text, images, logos, product information and brand assets
- Required approvals, feedback and access to relevant accounts
- Rights or licences for content supplied to OptiCodeStudio
- Business, legal, privacy, tax, shipping and policy information
- Verification and approval of final content before launch
Third-party services
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, e-commerce platforms, plugins, analytics tools, email platforms, APIs or social networks.
OptiCodeStudio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, account suspensions, security issues or changes made by third-party providers. Third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated in a written proposal.
E-commerce and integrations
E-commerce, payments, shipping, tax, inventory, customer accounts and integrations depend on the selected platform, country, provider availability and client accounts. Clients remain responsible for business verification, payment-provider approval, product data, tax settings, shipping rules and legal store policies.
Custom checkout systems, advanced inventory, marketplace synchronisation, subscriptions, ERP connections and custom backend functionality require separate technical evaluation and pricing.
Reviews and website feedback
A quick website review is a general first-look observation based on publicly available information and the details you provide. It is not a complete technical, security, accessibility, legal, SEO or performance audit, and should not be treated as professional legal, financial or compliance advice.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved website assets created specifically for a paid client project are transferred or licensed as described in the project agreement after all agreed payments have been received.
OptiCodeStudio may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, templates, libraries and general know-how. Portfolio display rights may be discussed in the project agreement.
Limitation of liability
OptiCodeStudio aims to deliver work with reasonable care and professionalism. However, no website, third-party platform or digital service can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, ranked on search engines or to produce a specific commercial result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OptiCodeStudio is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, third-party failures or outcomes outside the agreed project scope.
